The fully regulated insured structural warranty scheme Platinum Seal provides covers all our homes which are built to BS3632 whether on a residential park, holiday/leisure park as well as own land.
12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
We are responsible for any structural defects to your home for the first year from the date of delivery of your home including internal defects. These are stated within our terms and conditions
10 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
The Platinum Seal Insurer will provide insurance protection if there are structural defects to your home. This cover does not include faults to the base your park home is sited as this is the responsibility of your park owner/operator. It also excludes structural defects as a result of a lack of maintenance or wear and tear.
